Elder Anthony Bailey

Elder Anthony B. Bailey is Co-Founder and Pastor of Word Alive Worship Center in Bear, DE. He is the eldest son born to Pastor Oscar & Gloria Bailey.

He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he met and married Pastor Glenda Bailey. It was there at Phillips Temple C.M.E. Church under the leadership of Pastor John H. Reese that he answered the call to ministry.

After faithfully serving and being mentored by other pastors and ministries for over 20 years, God led he and Pastor Glenda to have their first service of Word Alive Worship Center in their basement on January 14, 2007.

His desire is to preach and teach the Word of God with love and simplicity so that mankind will experience salvation and believers experience the fullness of their covenant with God.
